About Yee's Auto Tech
Wesley Yee, owner, has over 30 years of auto repair experience. Wes began studying auto repair while attending John F. Kennedy High School in the early 1970's. After high school graduation, he continued his training at Denver Automotive and Diesel College in Denver, Colorado. He earned his Automotive Technician degree in 1973. Wes then returned to Sacramento and was employed by Wes Lasher VW, Bill Smith Buick, and Tower Garage, before opening his first shop in 1977, at the corner of 11th and S Street. In 1980, he closed the S Street shop and opened Yee's Auto Tech on Freeport Blvd.
In his leisure time, Wes enjoys Tai Chi exercise, hiking, traveling, and painting. He teaches 2nd grade Sunday School at Chinese Grace Bible Church. Diane likes to hike and travel as well. She also enjoys playing guitar and singing, cooking, gardening, and hanging-out with friends and family. They have four children: Rosanne, Becky, Amy and Jacob. The Yee's reside in South Land Park.
